Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility:

  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging will not qualify for a full refund.

2. Return Timeframe:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

3. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returned items.

4. Damaged Returns:

  • If the returned item arrives back to us damaged, a fee of 50% of the item's cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@productivityprism.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

1. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

1. Eligibility:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.
  • After 1 hour, cancellations cannot be guaranteed if your order is already being processed.

2. How to Cancel:

  • To cancel your order, email us immediately at info@productivityprism.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  • Items that are not in their original condition or missing packaging.
